This is a general list of rules and guidelines to follow while being a member of Rahl:
- Rahl members must maintain a level of decency and respectfulness to one another. - Do not charge fellow Rahl members fees for crafting combines. - Do not do anything which may reflect poorly on yourself or the guild. - Report any disputes to Rahl officers should the situation warrant. - Be active online and the forums, let people know you exist. - Overall douchebaggery is not acceptable. - Raiding members(Brute's) are expected to have a minimum of 75% raid attendance - Members are expected to show up on time and prepared(strategies, add-ons, consumables, etc.), failure to have enough consumables to last through the night's raiding can result in a deduction of DKP. - All gear worn to a raid must be enchanted and gemmed. If it is good enough to wear to a raid, it's good enough to be properly enchanted and gemmed. - Rahl members are expected to do whatever you can to improve your character. Do not expect Rahl raids to be your sole source of loot. - Rahl members must be able to listen and follow directions correctly as well as be able to react to a changing situation

This topic will outline the policies and procedures on becoming a member of Rahl.
-If you are considering applying to Rahl, please first read the Guild Policies and make sure that our current raid times work for you. If everything looks good, please fill out an application.
-Please remember that if you apply, you should currently have no open applications with any other guilds. Inability to follow this rule will result in automatic denial and locking of your application.
-The Application can be copied and pasted to be filled out and posted on our Application Forums or sent via PM to Vivified. Please remember to fill out the application completely and be very thorough.
-After your application is submitted it will be reviewed by guild officers and you will be notified whether or not you have been accepted as a "trial" in a response on your forum thread. If you are accepted, you will be asked to be online during a scheduled raid so that you can receive your temporary guild invite.
-Your trial period will last a period of 2-3 weeks before you are reviewed for promotion to full member status. Your objective during these raids is to showcase your ability to raid effectively and efficiently as well as your ability to follow directions. Your performance, attitude, and more are taken into account to ensure that not only will you benefit the guild, but that we like you enough to dedicate a good amount of time raiding alongside you.
-If you are invited to stay, you will be promoted and welcomed into the ranks of Rahl.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact Vivified or Str in-game or post on our Forums.

| DKP and Loot |

Loot Policy Please keep in mind that the needs of the guild come first. If our tanks start to get slaughtered immediately in fights, priority to tanks and/or healers for tier items or even going into negative DKP is a possibility. DPS is just as likely to take priority if we begin to hit enrage timers on bosses.
10-Man As 10-mans are not scheduled or required guild raids, loot rules are done on a per raid basis and subject to the raid leader's decision.
25-Man Rahl's loot system is based on DKP. DKP will be used for all 25-man raids. It is each member's responsibility to make sure their DKP is correct, as mistakes can be made. Basic Rules - Rahl's DKP is managed by EQDKP - Any attempt at collusion in order to skirt the principles of our DKP system will result in the DKP of all parties involved being completely wiped - Silent bidding is enforced. You will whisper the Loot Master with the maximum amount of DKP you want to spend on the item being presented in the following format "bid #" where # is the amount of DKP being bid - If you bid more than once, the first amount will be counted as your bid - All bids are final - Rahl core raiders(Brutes) take priority over trials(Initiates) - DKP is shared between Mains and Alts - Mains have priority over Alts - It is each member's responsibility to know how much DKP they currently have accumulated for use - Minimum bids are 5 DKP - You are only allowed to bid with regard to how much accumulated DKP you have before the start of the run. All DKP earned in the current raid cannot be used until the next raid - There is no maximum bid - If you have the winning bid on an item, you are charged the 2nd highest bid + 1 DKP - If only 1 person bids on an item, they are only charged 5 DKP regardless of their bid - Bids that end in a tie result in the item going to the person with the higher attendance over the last 30 days(defaulting to 60/90 if necessary). - If you are currently in negative DKP, you are not allowed to bid on additional items until you are once again positive - If no one bids on an item, the item goes to /roll with main spec still being a priority. You are allowed to /roll if you currently have 0 DKP or more. The "winner" of this roll is charged 5 DKP for the item. - If an item goes to /roll and no one needs it for main spec, you are allowed to /roll for your off-spec so long as you have 0 DKP or more. The "winner" of this roll is charged 5 DKP for the item. - Crafting patterns are given officer priority and cost 0 DKP. If a current officer does not have a trained profession for a pattern drop, it is handed out by officer decision. - The minimum amount of DKP to be attained is set at -15 DKP - The maximum amount of DKP a member can have at one time is 200 - Half of your accumulated DKP will decay upon declaration and approval of the switching of "mains" - Occasionally you may be asked to sit out or be on "standby" for the good of the raid. All people on "standby" earn DKP as if they were in the raid - Legendary drops are the only loot that is exempt from our DKP system. All legendary drops are to be awarded by officer decision to whom they decide will best benefit the guild.
How DKP is awarded: 2 DKP for being on time 2 DKP per hour during progression raids(Not given for farm content) 1 DKP per farm boss kill 4 DKP per new boss kill Bonus DKP is also able to be awarded at Rahl officer discretion
If there are any situations that occur in a raid that these rules do not cover, the final decision is that of Rahl officers. Please submit all inquiries about DKP and loot to the appropiate forum.
